Eric S. Cavallo is an American businessman, founder and chief executive officer of Earthly Infrastructure Building and Infrastructure Development Inc. Eric is also a Virginia licensed Commercial General Contractor, International Code Council (ICC) member and proponent of residential fire sprinkler systems.
He was born in the sleepy, aerospace City of Lancaster, California and is of Italian and German ethnicity. Raised as a devout Roman Catholic by his grandparents John and Shirley Cavallo, Eric attended Antelope Valley College, studying international building code, building construction for the fire service, truck company operations, equipment and systems and wildland firefighting.
Eric has been quoted as saying “What a honor it was to have had the opportunity to learn from such talented instructors like Chief Phillip Waters, a Northrop Grumman fire chief”. While Eric has held positions in numerous fields including youth supportive services and as a type two wild land firefighter with CALFIRE his hearts desire has always been to start his own company for building construction and land development.
When Eric was 17 years old he was given the opportunity to apprentice at J.P. Eliopulos Builders / Developers in Lancaster, California. Starting from a laborer, Eric had the privilege of working alongside and learning from the company’s project manager Trent L. Green and company President Andrew J. Eliopulos as the company began and completed numerous single family residential sub divisions as well as multiple Class A commercial office buildings. For this, Eric was able to gain thorough and comprehensive industry insight into the fields of ground up Commercial and Residential Construction.
These very experiences and the work ethic instilled in Eric at such a young age have and remain to be the driving force behind the formation of Earthly Infrastructure® Building and Infrastructure Development Inc.
