And that’s why I’ve incorporated sustainability best practice throughout the ground up construction process beginning with my initial design concepts. Having carved a niche for multipurpose developments, Earthly Encompass’s both residential and commercial space into one building design.
By doing so my developments extend a multitude of benefits to the entire community in which they serve, such as increased home affordability, walkability between the workplace, home and amenities, and an overall strengthened sense of community as multiple facets of daily life surround its inhabitants with the peace that comes from a sense of familiarity.

Not only does this render our developments with enhanced aesthetics, numerous studies have shown that these types of green space do have a direct positive impact on both the physical and mental health among individuals, not to mention the increased environmental benefits associated with these spaces, like improved air quality, and a reduction of traffic noise, just to name a few.
